    Before you start reading about the proper use of interdental brushes you should know that it is not recommended for everyone: sometimes the teeth are so densely packed that the floss hard to squeeze between them and the interdental brush could cause more harm than good. So please read how to choose the means to clean between the teeth.

    When you recommend interdental brushes?

    The dentist will advise you use interdental brushes if you naturally have larger spaces between the teeth, if you interdental spaces expanded due to early gum disease, when wearing fixed braces or some other reason. Sometimes it can happen that only between some teeth areas suitable for cleaning with interdental brush, while other more suitable for flossing.

    1. Whether you use a interdental brushes or use a interdental brushes with holder, it is important that the working part to always be horizontal. Gently enter in the interdental space, looking for the angle at which you can thrive without much pressure.

    2. Gently push the interdental brushh all the way. If at any time you feel pain or resistance is best to stop, go back the same way and brush gently back and start from the beginning.

    3. Do this in every interproximal space enough only once. Place the interdental brush under running warm water and clean the before following interdental space and so on.

    If the interdental brush can not go through some interdental space you need a smaller brush or consider using dental floss in the region.

    After each wash, interdental brush should be washed carefully and leave it to air dry. Interdental brushes should be changed when they fibers are deformed.
